How do I share a TriageRX report with a prospect?

From any finished TriageRX report, click Copy link to get a shareable web link your prospect can open without a SuperLedger account. The link works for 30 days. You can also Download PDF to send the report as a file. If you've set up agency branding, the report footer shows "Prepared by {your agency}."

Before you start:

• A finished TriageRX analysis or projection.

Steps

1. Open the report (from Past Analyses or right after it finishes).
2. Click Copy link to copy a shareable URL (it copies with the note "Link copied to clipboard · Expires in 30 days"). If a link already exists, the button reads New link. 📷 Screenshot coming soonreport actions with Download PDF, Regenerate, Copy link
3. Or click Download PDF to share the report as a file.

What happens next

Your prospect opens the link to a clean, read-only report — no login required — led by the AI opportunity headline and ROI figures. The shared report is set to not be indexed by search engines, and it expires after 30 days (open the report again to generate a fresh link).

Branding

When your agency branding is configured, the report footer reads "Confidential · Prepared by {your agency}." You can also add a call-to-action button (for example, "Schedule a Call") that points prospects to your booking link.

How it works

Each share link carries a unique token and a 30-day expiry, so old links stop working automatically — useful when a deal goes cold or details change. Regenerating rebuilds the report from the latest analysis data.
