What is TriageRX and how do I use it to win clients?
TriageRX is a pre-sales tool that turns a prospect's calls into an AI opportunity report you can use to close the deal. Open TriageRX in the sidebar and pick how you want to analyze calls: share a folder of recordings, generate a prospect report from industry benchmarks, or download an instant PDF ROI projection for a cold prospect. Each path produces a shareable report showing how much of their call volume an AI could handle.
Before you start:
- TriageRX enabled for your account.
- For the recordings path, a Google Drive folder of call recordings.
The three paths
On How would you like to analyze calls? you'll see:

What it costs
Analyzing recordings costs 3 credits per call analyzed — flat and one-time; call length doesn't change the price. The cold-prospect PDF projection is billed as a single analyzed call.
What happens next
Finished and in-progress analyses appear under Past Analyses, where you can reopen a report, download its PDF, or get a shareable link. If you close the tab mid-analysis, reopening TriageRX resumes where it left off.
How it works
For the recordings path, TriageRX transcribes and categorizes each call, then scores how much an AI Employee could handle. The no-recording paths estimate the same outcome from your inputs and agency benchmarks, clearly labeled as a projection.
