How do I analyze a prospect's call recordings from a Google Drive link?
In TriageRX, choose Share Recordings, paste a link to a Google Drive folder of call recordings, and click Analyze Recordings. TriageRX transcribes, categorizes, and scores each call, then builds an AI opportunity report showing what share of the calls an AI Employee could handle. Make sure the folder is shared as "Anyone with the link can view," with up to 1,000 recordings per analysis.
Before you start:
- A Google Drive folder containing the call recordings.
- The folder shared so Anyone with the link can view.
- TriageRX enabled (analysis costs 3 credits per call).
Steps
- Open TriageRX and click Share Recordings.
- Optionally enter a Business Name.
- Choose an Industry — this drives the benchmark comparison in the report.
- Paste the Google Drive Folder URL. 📷 Screenshot coming soonShare Google Drive Link form
- Confirm the folder is set to Anyone with the link can view (max 1,000 recordings).
- Click Analyze Recordings.
What happens next
A progress bar shows {processed} of {total} files processed while each recording is transcribed and analyzed for category, sentiment, and AI handleability. When it finishes, you get a report led by a headline like "{n}% of calls could be handled by a Voice AI Employee," with call categories, caller types, top FAQs, and an ROI estimate. From the report you can Download PDF, Regenerate, or get a shareable link.
How it works
The report labels its confidence by sample size — Statistically meaningful (100+ calls), Indicative (20–99), or Directional sample (under 20) — so you and the prospect know how much weight the numbers carry. Bigger samples make a stronger pitch.
