Tracking transfers (beta)

The Transfers tab on the Monitoring page is a focused view of calls your AI handed off to a human — how many transferred, how many your team picked up, and where handoffs are being missed. It's marked beta, so expect it to keep improving.

Before you start:

  • A connected GoHighLevel integration with calls that include human transfers.

Steps

  1. Open Monitoring in the sidebar.

  3. Use the date range to set the window you want to review.

What happens next

You'll see your transfer activity for the window — volume and pickup outcomes — so you can spot patterns like a location that's regularly missing handoffs.

How it works

A "transfer" here means a confirmed human handoff (a recorded transfer event), not just any call the AI ended — so the counts match the Human Transfer badges and pickup statuses you see in your call logs. For how pickup is measured, see How is Transfer Pickup Rate calculated?.

Beta: this tab is still being refined. If a number looks off, cross-check it against Call Logs, where the same transfers appear per call.
