How do I sync my locations and agents?

On the Integrations page, click Re-sync on the GoHighLevel card to pull your latest locations, AI agents, and call data. To see the state of each data type or change how far back call history is pulled, click Sync Status and adjust the Backfill window (Last 7, 14, or 30 days). Syncing runs automatically after you first connect and on a schedule after that — manual re-sync is for when you've just added a location or agent in GoHighLevel.

Before you start:

Steps

Re-sync everything

  1. Go to Integrations in the sidebar.
  2. On the GoHighLevel card, click Re-sync. 📷 Screenshot coming soonconnected GoHighLevel card with Sync Status, Re-sync, Reconnect buttons
  3. Watch the progress banner — it counts locations as they're scanned and finishes with Synced N location(s)!

Check sync status or change the backfill window

  1. On the GoHighLevel card, click Sync Status.
  2. In the GoHighLevel Sync Status dialog you'll see each data type with a status badge:
    • Locations Synced
    • Voice AI Agents (with a Re-scan button)
    • Conversation AI Agents (with a Re-scan button)
    • Voice Call Logs
    • Chat Conversation Logs (with a Sync now button) 📷 Screenshot coming soonGoHighLevel Sync Status dialog
  3. To pull more or less call history, change the Backfill window dropdown to Last 7 days, Last 14 days, or Last 30 days.

What happens next

New locations and agents appear in your Locations and Agents lists, and call/chat history within your backfill window is imported. A location may briefly show Syncing or Awaiting sync, then Synced. If a location shows Error, it will usually retry on its own.

How it works

After the first connection, SuperLedger keeps your data fresh in the background, so you rarely need to sync by hand. New calls also arrive in near real time as they happen — the manual Re-sync is mainly for catching newly added locations or agents right away, or for widening the backfill window to import older calls.
