Where can I see if my CRM syncs are running?

Go to Settings → Sync History to see a log of your automated CRM syncs — when each ran, what it did, and whether it succeeded. It's a read-only record, useful for confirming your data is staying fresh or spotting a sync that failed.

Before you start: a connected GoHighLevel integration.

What you'll see

A list of recent sync jobs, each with a timestamp, a job type, a status, and details. Filter by Job Type:

  • Coverage Check — looks for calls that should have been ingested.
  • Contact Sync — syncs contact data.
  • Enrichment — fills in additional call details.

Status shows as completed (green check), failed (red X), or running (spinner), with details like how many items were checked, processed, or updated.

What happens next

If a recent job shows failed, your most recent sync had trouble — check that your GoHighLevel connection is still active on the Integrations page (and reconnect if needed). Healthy accounts show a steady stream of completed jobs.

How it works

These syncs run automatically in the background to keep your locations, contacts, and call details current. This page is just the record of those runs — there's nothing to configure here.
