How do I sign in or reset my password?
To sign in, go to your SuperLedger login page, enter your Email and Password, and click Sign in. If you forgot your password, click Forgot password?, enter your email, and click Send reset link — you'll get an email with a link to set a new password. Reset links expire after a short time and can only be used once.
Before you start:
- Your account email.
- Access to that email inbox to receive a reset link.
Steps
Sign in
- Go to your SuperLedger login page. The form header reads Welcome back.
- Enter your Email and Password.

Reset a forgotten password
- On the sign-in screen, click Forgot password?.
- The screen now reads Reset your password. Enter your Email.

- You'll see Check your email. Open the email and click the reset link.
- On the Set New Password screen, enter your New Password (at least 12 characters) and Confirm Password, then click Update Password. 📷 Screenshot coming soon"Set New Password" screen
What happens next
After Update Password, you'll see Password Updated and SuperLedger signs you in and sends you to your dashboard automatically. If your account has two-factor authentication turned on, you'll be asked for your 6-digit code at sign-in.
How it works
Reset and invitation links are time-limited and single-use. If a link says This link has expired or This link is no longer valid, click Request a new link to get a fresh one — or, if you were invited, ask the person who invited you to resend the invitation.
