The Portfolio view: monitoring all clients at once

The Portfolio page gives you a single view of every client organization's health, so you can spot the accounts that need attention before they churn. Each client shows their 30-day call volume, how much the AI is handling on its own, and a health status — and you can filter to just the clients at risk.

Before you start:

  • More than one client organization or portal under management.

What you'll see

At the top, summary cards show Total Calls (30d), Avg Containment, Need Attention (at-risk + watch), and Active Clients.

Filter the client list by health with the pills: All, At Risk, Watch, Healthy, New, Inactive. Sort by Health, Calls, Containment, or Name.

Each client card shows Calls (30d), Handled Solo (no human needed), and Without Human (containment %), with a plain-language health label:

WatchNeeds attention

InactiveNot active

What happens next

Use the Need Attention count and the At Risk / Watch filters to triage your book of business each week. Click into a client to dig into their data.

How it works

Health is based on recent call volume and how much the AI is containing (handling without a human) over a 30-day window, so a client whose volume drops or whose containment slips moves toward Watch or At Risk automatically.
