How do I brand my client portals (logo, colors, name)?

On the Portals page, open the Branding tab to set your company name, logo, and brand color. These apply to all your client portals at once, so every client sees your agency's brand — never SuperLedger or your CRM. For a fully white-labeled URL, add a custom domain too.

Before you start:

  • Admin or owner role.
  • A hosted logo image URL and your brand color.

Steps

  1. Click Portals in the sidebar, then open the Branding tab.
  2. Set:
    • Company Name (e.g. "Your Agency Name")
    • Logo URL (a link to your logo image)
    • Brand Color 📷 Screenshot coming soonBranding tab with Company Name, Logo URL, Brand Color and Live Preview
  3. Watch the Live Preview update as you type.
  4. Click Save Branding.

What happens next

Your branding applies to every client portal immediately. Your default Portal URL is shown at the top of the tab with a Copy button. To replace the default URL with your own domain, set a Custom Domain — see How do I put my client portal on my own domain?.

How it works

Branding is agency-wide by design — one set of logo, colors, and name keeps every client portal consistent. Clients never see SuperLedger, your CRM, or your agent prompts; the portal shows only their data under your brand. To also send client emails from your own domain, see How do I send portal emails from my own domain?.
