What happens when I run out of credits?

If your plan credits run out, AI analysis pauses and you'll see "AI analysis paused — you're out of credits." Your calls and chats keep being ingested and stored — only the AI processing stops — so nothing is lost. To resume, buy a top-up pack or upgrade your plan from Settings → Credits & Billing.

What you'll see

  • A banner: AI analysis paused — you're out of credits (this one can't be dismissed until resolved).
  • Earlier warnings as you approach the limit, such as You've used 80% of this month's plan credits and Plan credits running out by {date}.

How to fix it

  1. Go to Settings → Credits & Billing.
  2. Buy a top-up pack — top-up credits never expire and aren't reset on your billing date.
  3. Or upgrade your plan for a higher monthly credit allowance.

How it works

You have two kinds of credits: plan credits that reset each billing period, and top-up credits that roll over forever. SuperLedger uses plan credits first, then draws from top-ups — so a top-up pack keeps you running even after the monthly plan credits are used. When everything's exhausted, analysis pauses (a hard cap) until you add more.
