Why don't I see any chats yet?

If your chat logs are empty, the Chat Logs page tells you why right on screen. The usual causes are: no Conversation AI agent has been discovered yet, your CRM connection is missing the chat permission, or no conversations fall in your selected date range. The fix is usually a quick re-scan or reconnect on the Integrations page.

Read the on-screen reason

When there are no conversations, the page shows "No conversations in this view — here's why" with the specific cause. Common ones:

  1. No Conversation AI agents found yet → go to Integrations and click Re-scan to discover chat agents.
  2. Agents exist but nothing's been ingested → give it a little time, or re-sync chats from Sync Status.
  3. Conversations exist but none in your date range → widen the date range.
  4. Missing chat permission → your CRM connection lacks the conversations permission. Reconnect your CRM on the Integrations page to re-grant access (see reconnect).

What happens next

Once a Conversation AI agent is found and the permission is granted, conversations ingest automatically and appear within a few minutes.
