Why don't I see any calls yet?

If your call logs are empty, it's almost always one of three things: your GoHighLevel connection isn't active, the calls are at a location that's excluded or deactivated, or your date range doesn't include any calls yet. New calls normally appear within a few minutes of happening, so a brand-new connection just needs a little time to backfill.

Check these

  1. Is GoHighLevel connected? Go to Integrations and confirm the GoHighLevel card shows a green Connected badge. If it shows Error or Not Connected, reconnect it.
  2. Did the first sync run? Click Re-sync and widen the Backfill window (in Sync Status) to pull more history. See How do I sync my locations and agents?.
  3. Is the location tracked? Excluded or deactivated locations don't show calls. Check which locations are tracked.
  4. Is your date range right? Widen the date range on the Call Logs page.

What you should see

A connected account shows: No production calls yet with the note that calls are ingested automatically and appear within a few minutes — that's the normal empty state for a fresh account. Once calls arrive, they populate on their own.

Still nothing?

If the page shows Couldn't load calls, that's a load error, not an empty account — your data is safe. Retry, and if it persists, confirm your CRM connection is still active on the Integrations page.
