How do I choose which locations are tracked?
Every GoHighLevel sub-account you sync shows up as a location in SuperLedger. Each location is either Active (tracked normally), Inactive (kept but not ingesting new calls), or Excluded (hidden from all reports). You set these on the Integrations page: select one or more locations and use Activate, Deactivate, Include, or Exclude. Use Exclude to hide test or demo accounts so they don't skew your numbers.
Before you start:
- A connected, synced GoHighLevel integration.
- Admin or owner role.
Steps
- Go to Integrations and scroll to the Locations section.
- Check the box next to one or more locations. A bar appears showing N selected with bulk actions. 📷 Screenshot coming soonLocations list with rows selected and the bulk action bar
- Choose an action:
- Exclude — hides the location from call logs, gap analysis, alerts, and all dashboards.
- Include — brings an excluded location back into reporting.
- Deactivate — stops ingesting new calls and chats for that location (existing data is kept).
- Activate — resumes ingestion for a deactivated location.
You can also open the Locations page from the sidebar to filter by Status (Active / Excluded), by Agents, or by Monitoring, and to review each location's activity.
What happens next
- Excluded locations show an Excluded badge and disappear from your reports immediately.
- Inactive locations show Inactive — not ingesting; no new calls are pulled until you Activate them again.
- Active locations continue ingesting and appear in every report.
How it works
There are two independent decisions here. Exclude/Include controls whether a location appears in your reports. Activate/Deactivate controls whether SuperLedger ingests new data for it at all. A location can be active and ingesting but excluded from reporting, or included in reporting but deactivated. Excluding test and demo accounts is the main way to keep metrics like total calls and resolution rate accurate. To control AI analysis and alerts for a location without changing ingestion, use monitoring instead — see How do I turn monitoring on or off for a location?.
