My invitation or reset link expired

Invitation and password-reset links are time-limited and can only be used once. If yours says it expired or is no longer valid, just request a fresh one — or, if you were invited, ask the person who invited you to resend the invitation.

What you'll see

  • A password reset link past its window shows This link has expired, with a note that email links are valid for a limited time and can only be used once.
  • A used or invalid link shows This link is no longer valid ("This link may have already been used").

What to do

  • Resetting your password? Click Request a new link (or go to sign-in → Forgot password?) to get a fresh reset email. See How do I sign in or reset my password?.
  • Accepting an invitation? Ask your admin to resend it — on their side, Settings → Team (for staff) or Portals → Invite (for clients) has a resend option.

How it works

Single-use, expiring links protect your account. Getting a new link always works — there's no limit on how many fresh links you can request.
