What is Gap Analysis and how do I use it?

Gap Analysis shows you exactly where your AI agent let a caller down — a question it couldn't answer, a rule it broke, or an expectation it missed — and gives you a paste-ready fix for your agent's prompt or knowledge base. It groups recurring issues to fix first, then lists every individual gap with its cause, its evidence, and a recommended fix.

Before you start:

  • A connected GoHighLevel integration with analyzed calls or chats.
  • Monitoring on for the locations you want analyzed.

The basic workflow

  1. Open Gap Analysis in the sidebar.
  2. Start with Recurring patterns at the top — the same issue seen 3+ times, with one paste-ready fix that closes the whole cluster.
  3. Work the Detected Gaps list below for everything else, opening each gap for its cause, evidence, and recommended fix.
  4. Apply fixes in your agent, then sync — matching gaps shrink over time.
