What is the Flagged Callers watchlist?

The Flagged Callers watchlist is a list of suspicious phone numbers SuperLedger is keeping an eye on. High-frequency callers land here automatically, and you can add numbers by hand. Flagging is watch-only — it doesn't silence anyone. From the watchlist you can review a number's call history and, with one click, block it (enable DND in your CRM). Find it on the Flagged Callers tab of the Alerts page.

Before you start: a connected GoHighLevel integration.

What's on the watchlist

The top cards show Flagged Callers (how many), Total Calls (across all flagged numbers), and Blocked (how many are currently DND'd). The table shows each number with its Location, Reason, Calls, First Seen, Last Seen, and DND status.

Reason is one of:

Reason badgeMeaning
High FrequencyAdded automatically for calling too often in a short window.
Spam PatternMatched a spam/robocall pattern.
ManualYou added it by hand.

Flag a number manually

  1. Go to Alerts → Flagged Callers.
  2. Click Flag Caller.
  3. Enter the Phone Number and optional Notes, then save. 📷 Screenshot coming soonFlag Caller dialog

You can also flag a number directly from a call using the flag icon in the call's action bar.

Block from the watchlist

In the DND column, click Block (DND) to silence a number (one click blocks it across every location it has called). If it's already blocked, you'll see a DND Active badge and a Manage link to Settings → Blocked Callers.

What happens next

Flagged numbers stay on the list (most recent activity first) so you can act when you're ready. Flagging never affects the caller — only blocking does.

How it works

When a High Frequency Caller rule trips, SuperLedger adds the number here automatically with the High Frequency reason. The DND status shown is read live from your block records, so it's always current.
