How do I connect GoHighLevel to SuperLedger?

Go to Integrations in the left sidebar, find the GoHighLevel card, and click Connect. A GoHighLevel window opens where you approve access; once you do, SuperLedger shows CRM connected successfully! and immediately begins syncing your locations and AI agents. This is the one connection that powers every report — your calls and chats start flowing in within a few minutes.

Before you start:

  • An admin or owner role in your SuperLedger organization.
  • A GoHighLevel account you can authorize, with the locations (sub-accounts) you want to analyze.
  • Pop-ups allowed for SuperLedger (the approval opens in a pop-up window).

Steps

  3. A GoHighLevel window opens. Sign in if needed and approve the requested access. You'll see the message Complete the authorization in the popup window. 📷 Screenshot coming soonGoHighLevel authorization screen in the pop-up
  4. After you approve, the window closes and SuperLedger shows CRM connected successfully! The GoHighLevel card now shows a green Connected badge.

If your browser blocks the pop-up, SuperLedger shows Popup was blocked — redirecting in this tab and sends you to the GoHighLevel approval page in the same tab instead.

What happens next

Syncing starts automatically. You'll see progress messages — first Syncing locations from CRM..., then Discovering AI Agents... with a counter like 12 of 40 locations scanned. When it finishes you'll see Synced 40 location(s)! Your locations and agents appear, and new calls begin arriving in Monitoring → Call Logs within a few minutes.

How it works

"Connect" uses GoHighLevel's secure authorization (OAuth) — SuperLedger never sees your GoHighLevel password. The connection grants read access so SuperLedger can pull your locations, AI agents, phone numbers, call recordings, and chat conversations.
