How do I set up a white-label client portal?
Give each client their own branded analytics portal where they see their call data — and never see SuperLedger, your CRM, or your agent prompts. Open Portals in the sidebar, create a portal, choose which locations it covers, then invite the client. You can run one portal per client, each scoped to just their locations.
Before you start:
- Synced locations (see How do I sync my locations and agents?).
- Admin or owner role.
Steps
- Click Portals in the sidebar.
- On the Portals tab, find a location under Locations without a portal and click Create Portal (or use the Create Portal action).
- Enter a Portal Name (for example, "Smith Dental") and select the Locations to include. 📷 Screenshot coming soonCreate Portal dialog with name and location picker
- Click Create Portal.
- Click Invite on the new portal to add your client (see How do I invite a client to their portal?).
Manage a portal
Each portal card has:
- Preview — see exactly what your client sees.
- Edit — add or remove locations.
- ROI Values — set the dollar value of actions (details).
- Enable / Disable — turn portal access on or off.
What happens next
Once enabled and invited, your client logs in to a portal branded as your agency. Disabling a portal removes access without deleting any call data.
How it works
A portal is a scoped, white-labeled view of the locations you assign it — your client only ever sees their own data, and internal-only details (AI scores, gaps, agent config) are hidden from them. Set your logo, colors, and domain once on the Branding tab and they apply to every portal. See How do I brand my client portals?.
