How do I review my call logs?
Open Monitoring in the sidebar and stay on the Call Logs tab to see every inbound call your Voice AI handled. The top cards summarize call volume, AI performance, and escalations for your date range; the Results Breakdown pills filter the list by outcome; and each row shows the caller, duration, whether it transferred, whether your team picked up, an AI score, actions, and any gaps. Click any call to open its full detail.
Before you start:
- A connected GoHighLevel integration with at least one Voice AI agent.
The summary cards
Calls are grouped into three rows of metrics:
- Call volume — Total Inbound, Spam Filtered, Customer Calls, Avg Duration.
- AI performance — AI Minutes, AI Resolved, Appointments Booked, Texts Sent.
- Escalation & handoff — Total Transfers, Transfer Reasons Identified, Frustration Detected, Transfer Pickup Rate.
Many cards are clickable and filter the list below.
Filtering the list
- Results Breakdown pills: AI Only, Answered, Missed, Voicemail, Needs review, Pending — click one to filter, click again to clear.
- Search by phone, call ID, or transcript...
- Location filter, Call type (All Call Types, Human Calls Only, Web Leads, IVR System), and a Newest First / Oldest First sort.
Reading a row

| TIME | When the call happened, with recording and AI-analysis icons. |
| CALLER | The number, plus badges like a frustration triangle, a repeat-caller ×N, or a blocked-caller shield. |
| TRANSFER | AI Transfer, Human Transfer, or —. |
| PICKUP | ✓ Answered, ✗ Missed, ✉ Voicemail, ? Needs review, AI handled, or ⏳ Pending analysis. |
| AI Score | The 1–5 AI score. |
| ACTIONS | Actions the AI triggered (e.g. appointment, SMS). |
| GAPS | Open gaps for that call — click to review. |
What happens next
New calls arrive automatically within a few minutes of happening, so this list stays current. Spam, robocall, and ghost-ping calls are filtered out of your customer metrics (you can still see them with the Spam Filtered card). Click a row to open the call's detail page.
How it works
The metrics here count only legitimate customer calls — test calls, spam, and sub-5-second pings are excluded. See Which calls count, and which are excluded? for the exact rules behind these numbers.
