Why doesn't my call count match GoHighLevel?
Your SuperLedger call count is usually lower than the raw total in GoHighLevel because SuperLedger counts only real customer calls. It removes spam, robocalls, "ghost ping" calls, test calls, automated system/IVR calls, and web-lead notification events — plus anything from a location you've excluded. So the difference is the junk being filtered out, not missing data.
Why the numbers differ
GoHighLevel's total includes everything that touched the line. SuperLedger's metrics intentionally exclude:
- Spam and robocalls (including silent ghost pings)
- Test and demo calls
- Automated system / IVR calls and web-lead events
- Very short pings that never became a conversation
- Calls from excluded locations
The result is a count that reflects actual customer conversations.
What to check
- A specific real call is missing? It may have been tagged spam — open it and click Restore to Normal (how).
- A whole location is missing? Confirm it isn't excluded or deactivated (manage locations).
- Counts off by date? Make sure your date ranges match and your backfill window covered the period.
