How are AI Minutes calculated?
AI Minutes is the total time your AI spent on calls. For calls the AI handled by itself, that's the whole call; for calls it transferred to a person, it's only the part before the handoff — so the time a human spent on the call is never counted as AI time.
What it tells you: how much talk time your AI actually carried.
How it's calculated
SuperLedger adds up the AI's talking time across your calls. On a transferred call, only the AI's portion (up to the moment of handoff) is included; the human portion is excluded. On a call with no transfer, the full call length counts as AI time.

The AI Minutes card in Monitoring → Call Logs and on dashboards.
Common questions
- Does this include the time my staff spent after a transfer? No — only the AI's portion of the call is counted.
- Why might this differ from my CRM's call minutes? Your CRM measures the whole call; AI Minutes isolates just the AI's part and excludes spam and test calls.
