How do I control AI analysis costs?

Go to Settings → AI Features to turn the per-call AI steps on or off. Each step runs per call and uses credits, so switching one off is how you avoid those charges. There are two: AI Call Analysis (scoring, sentiment, and resolution for each call) and Gap Analysis (detecting knowledge gaps and instruction issues across your calls).

Before you start: Admin or owner role.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → AI Features.
  2. Toggle the steps you want:
    • AI Call Analysis — QA scoring, AI score, sentiment, and resolution classification for every inbound call.
    • Gap Analysis — detects recurring knowledge gaps and instruction violations across your call history. 📷 Screenshot coming soonAI Features page with the two toggles
  3. Your choice saves automatically.

What happens next

Each feature runs per call and uses credits from your balance; a disabled feature isn't billed. When a step is off, it simply doesn't run for new calls — for example, turning off AI Call Analysis means new calls won't get an AI score or sentiment, and you won't be charged for that step.

How it works

These toggles let you match spend to what you actually use. The page shows the credit cost per call and an estimated monthly cost based on your toggles, so you can see the impact before you save. Your credit balance and plan live in Credits & Billing.
