How do I view and edit an AI agent's configuration?

Open Agents in the sidebar and click an agent to see its configuration. The Settings tab shows the agent's identity, its core prompt and behavior, its runtime/model setup, and how it's connected — grouped into clear sections. The Performance tab shows how that agent is doing. Agents are imported from GoHighLevel, so click Sync to pull the latest version after you change an agent there.

Before you start:

  • A connected, synced GoHighLevel integration with at least one Voice AI or Chat AI agent.

Steps

  1. Click Agents in the sidebar (you can also open an agent from a location).
  2. Click the agent you want to inspect.
  3. On the Settings tab, review the sections:
    • Agent Identity & Classification
    • Core Prompt & Behavioral Instructions
    • Runtime & Model Configuration
    • Integrations & Connectivity 📷 Screenshot coming soonagent Settings tab with the four sections
  4. Click the Performance tab to see this agent's metrics.
  5. To refresh from GoHighLevel after editing the agent there, click Sync. You'll see Agent synced successfully.

What happens next

The configuration reflects the latest snapshot from GoHighLevel. If an agent has configured actions (like call transfer, send SMS, or appointment booking), you can open the Actions panel from the Settings tab to review each one and the prompt that triggers it.

How it works

Your agents live in GoHighLevel; SuperLedger keeps a synced snapshot so it can analyze calls against the exact prompt and actions that were in effect. That's also why Gap Analysis can warn you when an agent's prompt changed after a fix was suggested — it compares against the snapshot it analyzed. To change an agent's actual prompt or behavior, edit it in GoHighLevel and click Sync.
